The quality in the end wasnt very different even though the quality was. I have a hunch that process trumps as well over obsessing over the exact right policy; if you have the process and organization, the more or less right policies will come out anyway. I think process comes first and that's what she is good at. Maybe the elite professional women whom the elite professional women criticize will come up with something to move us along.
