Peter, I think you missed the main point, which is that you repeatedly post "scandals" and "felonies" and "crimes" without any objective evidence to back it up. When challenged, you accuse the questioner of either not caring about the terrible things you insinuate; of being mental light-weights, and worse. Ultimately it isn't at all convincing.

Apparently the tender feelings of politicians/parasites and their supporters is a more important to you than HRC and the US arming and supporting Death Squads. Perhaps when she ascends to power new laws to protect these virtuous public servants can be enacted to silence those who insult their betters. You are too clever by half, NCD a minor error or misunderstanding of timelines becomes the basis for rejecting the bigger facts even though $5 million is plenty enough money to keep the death squads in bullets and bayonets. The narco-states you admonish are enabled by their governments, police and militaries with help from the US. The magnitude of this trade couldn't exist without involvement of the highest levels of these governments and ours, too much wealth is generated and our banks launder most of the proceeds.

Trying to shield HRC from her despicable decisions will only work on people who already accept her behavior as normal and justifiable while many other people see her as she actually is, cunning but ethically crooked and inept.

If you bother to read the 28 page report from the US Congressional Research Service linked in your 'Intercept' link:

Since a military coup deposed leftist President Manuel Zelaya in 2009, the United States has provided nearly $200 million in military aid to the Central American nation.

You will discover that no where does it say $200 million in military aid was given since 2009, one year there was $5 million. You will also find that, as with Mexico where 40 students disappeared and were likely murdered, Honduras is or is close to being a failed narco-state with an often broken justice system. Most of US aid is contingent on the government taking steps to improve the justice/human rights situation in the country, along with disaster assistance and farming aid.

Of course, if a site like the Intercept 'expands or lies about the facts' so it jives with your preconceived opinions, why bother to look deeper or verify anything?
