Arizona Rep. Grijalva is going to Standing Rock.

Natural Resources Committee Ranking Member Raúl M. Grijalva (D-AZ) is well aware of the joint announcement made today by the Department of the Army, the Department of Justice and the Department of the Interior to halt construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline. But that announcement is not stopping him from traveling to North Dakota in solidarity with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

As reported by ICTMN on Friday, the agencies called for “serious discussion on whether there should be nationwide reform with respect to considering tribes’ views on these types of infrastructure projects.”

The agencies also called for a pause to all construction activity within 20 miles east or west of Lake Oahe.

I googled G4S and found this. It gives the background of this multinational security firm. Worse then Blackwater.

I realize this is not major media but these people are doing the best they can to stop this wrong and getting the truth out anyway they can.

Here is her report video. She was just reporting the event. This is viral on Reddit and the internet. Shades of early 60's calling out the dogs.

I remember how horrified my parents was when they watched the dogs go after civil rights protesters.

This is bad optics for the oil company and construction company. I have read comments that call this the Obama pipe line and that is from progressives. The left was supporting the people on this by hanging this around Obama's neck. He stopped the pipeline for now. Social media has been on this for weeks with phone calls, emails and petitions. There is plenty of story here and the MSM is asleep at the wheel.
