It was reported to the police that on Sunday, June, 19, 2016 at 5;30 a.m. the victim a 23-year-old female was in front 2268 Waterbury Avenue when the individual grabbed her from behind, pulled down her stockings and grabbed her buttocks. The victim screamed and the individual fled in an unknown direction.

Speaking of "patrol" there are pictures mounted on the entrance to subway stations here in NYC that represent surveillance still shots of guys who are currently wanted by NYPD for felony sexual assualts that involved body parts significantly less intimate than Trump implicates.
