Rural white voters voted against change and for a time machine.

The economy changed, they didn't.

Their career plan came down to believing in the integrity of, and voting for, a known serial huckster and sexual predator, who rides around in gold plated jets, with a history of wives who look like high priced hookers.

He said "When you're a star, you can do anything you want to people, and they let you." He meant it.

Obamacare cannot survive.Not in these wackjobs hands.

You can't save 'the good parts' alone.

It will slowly or rapidly dissolve, creating millions of people with no ability to pay the rates, creating turmoil, losses and closings at the hospital/provider/emergency room levels. WaPo:
