The man calls the officer, " Sir"

“Are you serious?” Anderson is heard shouting after he was hit. “I got cuffs on, sir! Are you serious?"

A black man retrieving his license as instructed also uses "Sir" to address the thing that shot him

"I just got my license! You said get my license!" says someone off camera, apparently Jones.

After being told to put his hands behind his back, Jones asks: "What did I do, sir?"

A significant number of people believe that you should comply with the police at all times. Even if police make an unconstitutional demand, you are supposed to comply. If you are strangled while selling loose cigarettes. You caused your own death.

An unarmed behavioral therapist was shot by a member of the police depy's SWAT team despite being flat on the ground with his hands in the air.

Part of the July incident was caught on a bystander's cellphone camera, which showed Kinsey trying to explain to police that weapons were not necessary.

"I'm telling them again, 'Sir, there is no need for firearms. I'm unarmed, he's an autistic guy. He got a toy truck in his hand,'" Kinsey said to a local FOX affiliate at the time, restating what could be heard on the video.

The shooting itself was not caught on video.

"It was like a mosquito bite, and when it hit me, I'm like, I still got my hands in the air, and I said, 'No I just got shot!' And I'm saying, 'Sir, why did you shoot me?'" Kinsey recalled, "and his words to me, he said, 'I don't know.'"

The black man calls the officer "Sir" in an attempt to stay alive. The scum with the gun still shots the unarmed black man. Incidents like these have made me view police as untrustworthy and racist. The police unions fight removal of the "bad apples". The general public is never outraged by the shootings.
