If animosity between U.S. and Russia ramps up, as in: lots of anger that Russia interfered in U.S. elections, one could segue into a situation like the lunacy of World War I.</p> <p>And the irony of something along those lines happening, in the end, that would be succes forf Osama Bin Laden chaos theory that ISIS is somewhat based on. World falls apart, the Caliphate poised to take over. Where everyone getting together to fight ISIS is the cause of demise.</p> <p>Terrorism, it's a tricky thing. To defeat it you have to refuse to be terrorized into certain kinds of action. All parties involved in fighting it must agree on what to do despite any other disagreements they might have. It even may be that counteraction is more powerful if the countries involved have major disagreements about other things.
