I disagree.

How does she know this?

In all of these cases, the goal of the leak was to harm Israel.

In contrast, the goal of this week’s leaks was to harm Trump. Israel was collateral damage.

The key point is that the leaks are coming from the same places in both cases.

Seems pure conjecture to me. Conjecture which reeks of Israel thinking it is the center of everything. And ironically, it's attitudes like that which get Israel blamed for everything by many loud voices on left.

What I do agree with is that politically-motivated intelligence leaks are troubling. If some are politically motivated, those of us worried about Trump are happy right now, but we might not be some other time. But I don't even see a strong case for political motivation yet with leaks since Trump, what I see so far is leakers trying to make a case for "the president's team is not using our information professionally nor properly." Or that "the president is being influenced by outside entities with nefarious intent towards the nation." Not that they are trying to affect policy choices. So far, leaks seem more of an attempt to follow their oath to protect the Constitution.

With the Obama era leaks, I don't know enough to say. And she doesn't itemize enough of them.
