Maybe so, but a post-op requires drawing conclusions, not leaving it up to an unhelpful Condi-like framing like "no one could have predicted terrorists flying planes into buildings". This isn't just about Obama - what's the most effective way to respond to such a large-scale attack? Comey & other security chiefs had some difficult decisions too - did they botch it, if so in what ways, what kinds of shared situational response might be suitable for future breaches? The French managed to take some lessons learned from our ordeal (along with the benefit of Russian hackers not speaking French)

The Bloomberg reporters are sorta sotta voce blaming Obama, are they not?
