Confronted with a lousy nursing home and assisted living situation, many will stay and nurse the old sick parents until they die, continuing free-lance work while they do it. Inherit the house and everything in it. Slowly sell off the stuff in the house they don't like, therefore: market crash of "used stuff" will not be as bad as currently predicted. They start traveling more after parents are gone, use the house as a base. It's paid off, after all, all they got to do for rent is pay the property taxes. But oops when the mice start getting in all the cracks and the old water heater bursts and floods the basement, they realize: doh, houses have to be kept up and no one has been doing it for a while. There's a YouTube video for that....why pay someone for something with DIY.</p> </div></div></div> Wed, 23 Aug 2017 18:06:26 +0000 artappraiser comment 242090 at http://dagblog.com
