(Trump cutting meals-on-wheels might have set this up to some extent).</p> <p>Costs are ridiculous, aggregating costs more, not less - but maybe regional can charge above a competitive rate but below the inefficient national rate? we're spending about 1.5 to 2x as much as the rest of the world for our healthcare.
