By Nov 18, 1 week & same day as Cummings warning, Flynn had NSA position. Pence owns this.

Note: receipt for Cummings on Nov 28, 10 dayslater.

Note 2: Pence was Koch's boy, to insure they got their money's worth out of the Trump Administration. With that scandal ballooning into a $15 million international kidnapping operation, Pence is way into abetting a felony, or at least turning a very blind eye despite huge official warnings about the White House's top security guy. The meeting took place in mid-Dec 2016 at the 21 club, so basically 4 weeks or a month after the election - long enough for Pence to get over the shell-shock of winning the election. But Pence did nothing during that time except vet Flynn for the #1 security slot, and then claim in March that he knew nothing of Flynn's lobbying for Turkey and that he'd first heard about it that week, rather than 4 months earlier, despite Cummings' receipt for his registered letter.

But worse, it means if Pence had acted promptly, he would have prevented the $15 million discussion by the NSA nominee. We know Pence wasn't too busy on Nov 18 to do anything about this, as that was the night he was booed by the Hamilton cast. Perhaps they got a sniff of Pence's je-ne-give-a-fuck-pas attitude as a French heir-like pretender to some throne. That the top security guy for a newly elected administration wouldn't realize this was way inappropriate and highly illegal is remarkable in itself - that his boss, the VP & transition chief would cover for him, well that's off in VP impeachment territory as well - "misprision" is the charge that's bandied about for Pence helping Trump fire Comey, with little way of sticking. But we do know that Pence knew Flynn was acting as a foreign agent without registering, with plenty of time to do something about it - caught dead to rights. That's not likely to improve his chances of assuming the presidency, especially when the $15 mill payoff after the election (maybe continued into office) turns this into something more than just a typical day on K Street.

http://www.businessinsider.com/elijah-cummings-letter-to-mike-pence-abou...

http://nypost.com/2017/11/10/mueller-probing-alleged-flynn-plot-to-extra...

Sun, 12 Nov 2017 20:50:58 +0000 PeraclesPlease comment 245131 at http://dagblog.com Trump was quick in his http://dagblog.com/comment/245130#comment-245130
In reply to WaPo current headline stories

Trump was quick in his retraction to point out he only agreed with *current* intelligence offers, kinda.
