Apologize for anything he might have done that made any of these women uncomfortable?

State that although he remembers the incident(s) differently, he nonetheless recognizes that their feelings matter?

Immediately call for, and agree to cooperate fully, in an Ethics Investigation?

Pledge to be a part of this very important conversation as he works to restore the confidence of his constituency?

But there will be no Ethics Investigation because the cowardly Dems pushed him out of office. There will be no trial, because he is not accused of a crime. So, Al Franken can never clear his name because there is no way to get his accusers under oath.

please note that no one in the Democratic “leadership” ordered Rep Menendez to resign although he was accused of actual CRIMES. I wonder why?

I think we're getting into bullshit territory with the metoo movement. The complaint that sunk Franken was that he squeezed a woman's waist while taking a photo. The straw that broke the back wasn't even a face to face hug where he might have pressed her breasts against him or rubbed his penis on her. There are no claims he lowered his hand to her ass or up to her breast. Just squeezed her waist. It's fucking ridiculous. I don't really like to hug, it makes me uncomfortable but I have a friend who does. She wraps her arms around me and pushes her body against mine. Yes it did make me uncomfortable but I let it happen because she's a hugger. Some people are some people aren't. By the waist squeeze standard she's a serial sexual harasser. It's nonsense, moral hysteria. Tina Dupuy shouldn't have gotten to write a long Atlantic article. She should have been laughed out of the room
