Conservatives have an innate bias against black people. Their initial response was to craft legislation geared to keep blacks in check. Ending Stop and Frisk was supposed to lead to an increase in crime in NYC, it did not. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There is no evidence that voter fraud is a real threat to voting in the United States. The Conservative response to the election of Barack Obama has been to whine about voter fraud. There is no evidence of voter fraud. To prevent nonexistent voter fraud, Conservatives have called for voter ID laws, Voter ID laws seem rational, but are often used to require forms of ID that are difficult to obtain for many citizens. Despite clear evidence that voter IDs are forms of voter fraud, courts have approved various forms of voter ID that are then challenged by higher courts. Conservatives are conducting open warfare on black communities. White communities may feel safer when black men have to submit to violations of their civil rights via Stop and Frisk. White citizens may feel safer about elections when only blacks are forced to submit to rigorous checks of ID. The fact is that blacks should not have to relinquish their rights to make whites feel safe. Before subjecting blacks to different criteria, first prove that your intrusion on civil rights can be proven to deter a crime. Stop and Frisk and voter ID are part and parcel of the ongoing assault on blacks in America. First prove that Stop and Frisk is effective and the voter fraud is curtailed by voter ID.
