I will be pleasantly surprised if Mueller comes up with a very clear "indictment" of any Americans of the kind that would be as clear as the Russian indictment. Because the complicated legalities thing could be easily spun and argued about as much ado about the usual way things are, nothing for most of the public to get outraged about precisely because: these are idiots not super smart criminals.
