How much chaos-per-post-per-ad-buy did Trump ads generate vs Russian ads money, and how much supporting meat world activity was taking place to support it? People who don't work in Silicon Valley are surprised by the power of algirithms, but people who don't work in politics are surprised by the reach of a climber like Manafort. This article is a lot if coulda-mighta without a lot of did-a.
