Yeah that's how lawyers do those kind of things. All the time, for all kinds of things.It doesn't go on their own books, for heaven's sake, no. In NYC they charge at least $2,500 for setting up the LLC.

1) Cohen formed EC LLC on Oct 17 2016
2) The contract provided for EC LLC to pay Stormy $130K by Oct 27 2016
