In January, they played a drinking game in the office called “Icing” to celebrate the deputy director’s 30th birthday. Icing involves hiding a bottle of Smirnoff Ice, a flavored malt liquor, and demanding that the person who discovers it, in this case the deputy director, guzzle it.

The White House confirmed that PPO officials played the Icing game but said it and the happy hours are not unique to the PPO and are a way to network and let off steam.

Little is publicly known or disclosed about the office’s inner workings under Trump. The White House declined requests from The Post for details about composition of the staff.

Fri, 30 Mar 2018 23:43:28 +0000 artappraiser comment 250863 at http://dagblog.com I am sorry. http://dagblog.com/comment/250862#comment-250862
In reply to Come on moat that's really

I am sorry.
Nobody still with a job can sing because of the sky-rocketing deficits resulting from the latest tax cuts.
They will have to wait until they get to Mueller's Karaoke Bar.

Fri, 30 Mar 2018 23:14:44 +0000 moat comment 250862 at http://dagblog.com On the general topic of http://dagblog.com/comment/250860#comment-250860
In reply to David J. We don't need a president to tell us in what direction to go. We know what direction to go. … We just need a president to sign this stuff. We don't need someone to think it up or design it. The leadership now for the modern conservative movement for the next 20 years will be coming out of the House and the Senate. … Pick a Republican with enough working digits to handle a pen to become president of the United States. This is a change for Republicans: the House and Senate doing the work with the president signing bills. His job is to be captain of the team, to sign the legislation that has already been prepared.
