Good work by Millbank to expose horrible manipulation of families of victims, not just by Trump but also by the "Illegal Alien Crime Report" people. To try to use traumatized victims of crime this way, to try to benefit from tragedy, to teach them to put the blame on a stereotyped group rather than on criminals, is one of the most vile things that the human race does, it's why we have war. This is going quite a few steps beyond profiling, getting closer to genocidal tribal instincts.
