Somebody doing the work of actually trying to figure out what happened with that massive bill instead of guessing based on one's political bent!</p> <p>The IRS hasn't even figured it all out yet., they are still sending out 'splainers..  A colleague and I were just discussing that the other day as to policy change that might affect reasons taxpayers need appraisals, nobody seems to know for sure yet. They<em> truly</em> haven't totally figured out all that the lobbyists did yet.
