Yeah well it all depends on what "white working class" means. Actually I am really starting to think everybody needs to drop the damn old timey demographic divisions! Including race. The truth is you win micro, they need to go micro and the old timey demographics just agitate divisiveness where there might not be any or there might be lots unrecognized. Think of it, we've been using these demos since Reagan Dems freaked the party out. That's ancient history.

Just off the top of my head I would throw back atcha the example of farmers in Montana fell for Trump's promises, now most of them are pissed. Then there's the Biker crowd in the news today, totally divided.

Article was just interesting because it showed even Ed realizes it's not the old third way days and arguments anymore. But he's not going far enough outside the old boxes.
