I'm saying this is not "clear." It sounds like it's coming from an in group of like conspiracy theorists who use acronyms that nobody outside the group even understands what they are talking about, so it just sounds <em>crazy.</em></p> <p>Edit to add: but then you seem to like the mysterious communique thing.
