That "oh-me-oh-my" whining of yours that "oh not related to Russia" is bullshit, because they've had illicit ties to Russia forever, laundering illegal cash through banks in Cyprus & elsewhere, propping up their casino & real estate empires with Russian money that had to be expatriated from Mother Russia's imperiled rubles. Perhaps there's been some excess in that some of this is only tangential to Russian influencing the 2016 election.

But here's an analogy for you - 2 years ago I started noting a lot of ants going back and forth from my barn. I was a bit lazy, and rationalized it like, "there aren't that many, and how much damage could they do?" but as time went by, I finally started lifting some of the roof beams and floor boards, and peeking into what was actually happening - and sure enough, they'd eaten the insides out of the barn annex (which was more sodden), enough so that it had to be knocked down even though it looked structurally intact from outside. Tens of thousands of ants with eggs laid everywhere, guaranteed to keep growing and spreading if nothing was done.

So Mueller & SDNY and Miami Beach and others are finally starting to take down the Trump criminal empire. A shame it's taken so long, and now that it's invested the presidency with defiled powers and an openly corrupt attitude towards that role, willing to sell this position or legislation or access or other piece of the pie for some bag of cash, it really doesn't matter whether Mueller overstepped his bounds - Mueller's ripped apart enough nests of thieves there's no need to keep quibbling over how bad the rot is when the whole shithouse is coming down. Deal with it, Peter - you're barking up a hollow gutted tree.

https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2016/05/donald-trump-2016-mob-or...

http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2018/04/michael-cohen-and-the-busti...

https://www.newsweek.com/trump-russian-italian-mafia-fusion-785524

Sun, 26 Aug 2018 15:02:00 +0000 PeraclesPlease comment 256900 at http://dagblog.com Lawyers don't do anger, it's http://dagblog.com/comment/256898#comment-256898
In reply to Mueller and his 17 Angry

Lawyers don't do anger, it's just that simple, you obviously don't know many..

Sun, 26 Aug 2018 14:42:47 +0000 artappraiser comment 256898 at http://dagblog.com Mueller and his 17 Angry http://dagblog.com/comment/256895#comment-256895
In reply to "It resembles a mob case in

Mueller and his 17 Angry Dwarfs do resemble a little Mob operation and they are representing the snowflake/deep state Mob in this witch hunt. They started their Mob operation with the vague charge of collusion knowing there was no real crime commited by Trump related to Russia and the election so they needed to create a crime to frame Trump with. They tried an obstruction of justice ploy but that has gone nowhere and they were reduced to using fuzzy logic to frame a personal, private and legal financial transaction as a campaign finance violation about as serious as jaywalking. This Mob would use jaywalking as a valid reason to impeach Trump if they could but it only displays their advanced TDS.

Sun, 26 Aug 2018 14:34:38 +0000 Peter comment 256895 at http://dagblog.com "It resembles a mob case in http://dagblog.com/comment/256888#comment-256888
In reply to Trump Org CFO Granted Immunity

"It resembles a mob case in so many ways," said former prosecutor @eliehonig, who played a decisive role in mafia investigations.
