I was referring to hyperventilating over what someone put in print on the other side of the globe. 7+ billion people, 180+ countries - a lot to stay worried about, such as whether Aussies or Melbourne or particular newsrag or cartoonist reaches our lofty east/west coast US standards for sexism & racism. I kinda understand how US news dominates the world, but if we're going to reciprocate, well, a lot to keep busy when someone somewhere's doing something to piss us off.

No one is seriously suggesting violence against the cartoonist. People find the cartoon offensive and are merely using freedom of speech to protest.
