Thanks for pointing that out. I think it's kind of an important warning, actually, how one should beware of getting in the mindset of thinking Russia is always top notch strategy with genius in execution.

So here is the MoU signed in Sochi between Turkey and Russia; and now I see why it was endorsed by Tehran and Damascus. Presumably if the hard deadlines outline in clauses 5 and 6 are not met, SAA, Iranian forces and RuAF can just go ahead with the offensive instead. pic.twitter.com/M9ftrjPWr5
