Haley was the Governor when 9 worshippers were slaughtered at Mother Emmanuel in Charleston. The killer was taken for a hamburger on the way to jail. The pastor’s casket was placed on state grounds under a Confederate flag. Haley and Lindsey Graham wanted to wait until after the funeral to discuss removing the flag from state grounds. Bree Newsome was arrested after removing the flag from its pole. President Obama eulogized Pinckney under the flag. On a Friday, Haley and Lindsey were still resisting taking action on the flag.over the weekend, businesses said they would leave the state if the flag wasn’t removed. On Monday, Haley and Graham pushed for flag removal. Haley became the great heroine. When I see Haley, I see the wicked witch.I offer no apology.

My statement is not equivalent to Rwanda. My advice is to vote to show your displeasure.

Tue, 09 Oct 2018 23:33:22 +0000 rmrd0000 comment 259731 at http://dagblog.com What Nikki Haley’s exit may http://dagblog.com/comment/259729#comment-259729
In reply to Scoop: Trump has accepted Nikki Haley's resignation

What Nikki Haley’s exit may mean for the Middle East https://t.co/aapblcTrww via @AlMonitor
— Laura Rozen (@lrozen) October 9, 2018

Tue, 09 Oct 2018 22:45:09 +0000 artappraiser comment 259729 at http://dagblog.com Earlier today saw CNN's http://dagblog.com/comment/259728#comment-259728
In reply to With Bolton ascendant, Haley

Earlier today saw CNN's Richard Roth do a short segment on her with the anchor; he's covered the U.N. beat for CNN since 1993 (pre-internet I remember him having a weekly show on international diplomacy which I used to try not to miss.)
