I too think he is for real and am happy to support a dedicated effort to right some of the seriously important shortcomings he sees in the news coverage by NYT, Wapo, The Wall Street Journal, etc. The Correspondent will not be the first alternate news site to do good and valuable work. I welcome a more International point of view.

Hey, thanks for posting this! I didn't run into it anywhere else.

Also, it's no secret that a group of us here have long been very critical of many of your choices in reading matter (to say the least? ) So I felt obliged to say: here we agree, that it's both interesting and important to know what Rosen is recommending about journalism. I think most would agree he's the real deal, no ulterior motive except concern for quality of journalism.
