Sad that a majority of Republicans were ready to approve Farr for the NC bench.</p> <p>Edit to add:</p> <p>The bar for black Republicans is set so low that Scott receives praise for blocking a judge who wants to suppress black votes. Refreshing:  a Republican with some principles about the judiciary! (Channeling the ghost of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Brooke">Sen.
