So it's likely that Mulvaney's just playing poker, bluffing and stuff, trying that out, seeing what happens, setting up the base, etc.?</p> <p>We here would probably like it to happen soon. But then, think-- if it goes to the courts, the longer it drags out, the more it could affect Trump re-election campaign.
