But not only did he not declare himself a foreign agent through FARA, he covered it up when caught. [PS - not just for Turkey either]
BTW - plotting to kidnap a US resident alien on US soil is kind of prosecutable. You might also include the fact that even though the Flynn interview was a setup to entrap him that Comey testified to congress that they didn't think he had lied intentionally. Mueller ignored that information and framed Flynn to further his attempt to frame Trump. This sleazy maneuver didn't work even though they threatened to go after Flynn's son, he wouldn't lie and create more false narrative for the collusion delusion.

Sun, 26 May 2019 19:18:05 +0000 Peter comment 268116 at http://dagblog.com This is key to his rabid fans http://dagblog.com/comment/268106#comment-268106
In reply to George Conway retweeted by

This is key to his rabid fans, too. There is something amazing in the Energizer Bunny aspect of his nastiness and his ignorance. He doesn’t care what people think about how mean or dumb he is. He just keeps going.” [....]

“One of the biggest motivating factors in Trump’s life — other than food, greed, sex and revenge — is mythmaking.
