U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan on Tuesday withdrew his request that the Justice Department publicly release transcripts in its case against Michael Flynn — President Trump's first national security adviser — with former Russian ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak, reports AP.

What he's saying: In a brief, Sullivan said: “upon consideration of the government’s submissions in response to those orders, the government is not required to file any additional materials or information on the public docket.” He did give any further justification for his reversal.

Trump's team do deserve criticism for not properly vetting this creep Nader, they should have known the type of scum that floats around the DC swamp but had to learn the hard way.Some of the things Nader did make it appear he may have been sent to infiltrate the Trump team and the fact he worked with a number of past presidents R and D and had ME connections may have opened the door without too many questions.

Flave, even if Flynn was as wrong as you seem to think he was to join in the 'Lock Her Up' chant I would hope you wouldn't condone his being set up and railroaded, possibly into prison. Mueller has already bankrupted him, destroyed his business and reputation in many peoples minds

Judge Sullivan did manage to force the release of a telling document, the full transcript of Trumps' lawyer Doud to Flynn's lawyer. Mueller entered a perversely edited version of this transcript into his dossier that intentionally altered the meaning and intent of the request to smear Trump's lawyer and by inference Trump. This isn't the actions of an honest investigator but a political hack and zealous inquisitor.

The whole of the Mueller Dossier needs to be carefully examined to see how many other examples of this type of fraud can be found. In an actual trial this altering of a transcript could lead to criminal charges for anyone stupid enough to attempt this doctoring.
