I do recall reading about it, but further back as being much more complex as regards Brazil. And then as regards Venezuela, some very angry statements by one of those Cuban doctors about being used by Maduro.

I found I posted two things here. Turns out the whistleblowing Cuban doctors about Maduro were not one, but 16 of them:
