They can't. Who in the U.S. gets the upside? American advertising agencies get more business, I suppose, the imported products just have to advertise to influence that they are worth the premium prices over local product, that are actually due to tariffs, shipping and then advertising...in the meantime, though, they are dealing with falling volume.
