I see right away that's just plain stupid. The Clintons had that rep hanging on them fuhever, the "slick willy" thing his feminazi wife precedes Bill running for president and was merely used and abused and amped up by Scaife during it. And it was solidfied in pop culture by book and movie "Primary Colors". That whole stereotype is such a part of them and their brand, no matter what they do to try to change it, that it would be stupid for political opponents not to try to use it!

Uncle Joe, on the other hand, has totally totally different stereotypes in pop culture! You cannot brand him out of the blue with Clinton tropes and have it work. You could like go after things like the predilection for gaffes, or the friendliness to credit card cos, or as the left does, for support of controversial Clinton era policies about race and crime. But you can't turn him into a Clinton. Won't work

Fri, 04 Oct 2019 22:27:56 +0000 artappraiser comment 272136 at http://dagblog.com
