He's not even playing chess. He's clueless. He didn't consider the pieces on the board when he made his move. Because he doesn't have a clear picture of what pieces are on the board. He didn't consider how his move would affect Assad and Syria, Iran, Russia, Turkey. There was no analysis of the possible scenarios of how it might play out. There was no if I do this then they do that etc. Because he has no idea what any of the other players might do.
