I am not sure if Mr. Powell can represent the voices of Republican conscience (whatever that means) after years of doing all that was asked of him.
If he prefaced the statement with how badly he acted, then it would get interesting.

In general, all these mealy mouth GOP exponents expressing horror but within certain parameters wakes in me a bad thing.
