I just learned that Pennsylvania has been told not to expect any more masks, gloves & gowns from the national stockpile.

We have the FIFTH highest number of deaths & cases in the country, and our national government will not help.

We are on our own.

State & local govts are doing the work the admin won’t do, yet @senatemajldr would let them go bankrupt.

It’s time for him & his crowd to lead, follow or get out of the way

I recommend watching Ozark, 3 seasons, with the knowledge that the core family, the Byrdes, is how everyone in Trump's circle behaves, forced to juggle their books and keep finding crazier and crazier manna for the atavistic narcochiefs at the top and the hillbillies that surround. The FBI? Kinda good guys, but limited powers and a bit depraved and dysfunctional themselves.

These PPE seizures continue to be the most fucked-up thing that I never saw coming. Put the burden of purchase on states and agencies, seize their lawful purchases, redistribute through ??? process run by ??? potentially corrupt middlemen. It's like a cartoon villain's plot. https://t.co/SKYIvuo8FM

I would love to be wrong and find that they're *not* distributing through corporate middlemen and that FEMA magically has found some clean, perfect data that allows for impartial and precise allocation. That sure would be great.
