I posted here last night from WaPo coronavirus update that Gilead announced it was going to charge insurers $3,120 for it per hospital patient for Covid treatment. I don't know how that fits in with this.

Edit to add: this shit gets really complicated when the government is involved with formularies of drugs. It's already a fucking complicated nightmare with the Medicare Drug Plans. Trying to figure it all out might kill you, maybe that's the idea, who knows. The government/private insurer/drug co. interrelationships are so intricate it's probably easier to figure out how to build a spaceship.
