I believe that the whole "rammed down our throat" thing is the Republican party's nod to it's homoerotic S&M side. It's just an homage to Larry Craig, Tom Foley and Abu Ghraib. The Republican's aren't saying "NO means NO!". They are coyly whispering to the Democrats not to "Ram BIG Government Down their throat". But really they are just begging the Dems to Make them do it. I am pretty sure recent history shows that they Love Big Government almost as much as they love lying, gambling and illicit sex.

So come on Dems. Let's get this whole tawdry affair over with and Ram this thing down their throats.
