It's increasingly more likely though, that when we see something odd, it's just incompetence of inexperienced cheap newbie or overwhelmed to the point of not giving a shit anymore. They are on a 24/7 hamster wheel and just gotta get the current piece done and up on the net and move on to the next one. Meanwhile, St Louis lost a Rep in 2010, And McCaskill wasn't happy how Clay handled splitting the remaining 2 districts (putting all St Louis city under him, Country remains White presumably). I'm sure Ferguson brought a new dynamic, as did this year, And I imagine this was a rejection of the old stodgy family-run business as it was a vote for radical left in times of crisis.
