There is very little concern about police nor is there that much concern about rising levels of crime in lousy hoods. This is the # 1 topic of concern. It's especially of concern to all the average working people that run the city itself and an extremely high priority to most immigrant families. Police issues = shrug. Education mismanagement = possible riot, especially by teachers, bitter arguments neighbor against neighbor, economic class vs. economic class, guillotine for De Blasio....
