Lawyer/author/expert on this kinda thing including Trump impeachment splains in the below Twitter thread why the Atlantic article is a highly unlikely scenario and suggests the idea was basically made to scare people and have them lose faith.

Ok. Okaaay.

I didn't want to respond to the Atlantic piece about how Trump can steal the election by flipping electors in states with GOP held legislatures, but I will.
