Enjoyed the link to David Brooks's column that calls Kagan a calculating careerist. So, like, she takes wishy-washy stances in order to suck up to potential powerful friends?</p> <p>Did you see Steven Colbert's expose/lampoon of the lesbianism dog-whistling? He had Dahlia Lithwick on, and both pretended to to be trying (unsuccessfully) to dance around the topic.
