How do we determine if Priorities USA ads were better? Can Priorities USA tally how many Republican votes they flipped?

It was pointed out somewhere I cannot recall that Priorities USA had their own pragmatic reasons to get it right as opposed to trying to confirm a pre-concluded point. That seems reasonable to me. No, they cannot tally the flipped votes, they can only do statistical analysis and then make a big subjective guess. I think a good sprinkle of salt is always advisable in any judging of political reporting.
