I left out what might be the most telling evidence for the tape's inauthenticity: the complete lack of reaction by the Navy guy. After the "Go back to Auschwitz" line, shouldn't we expect at least the Israeli equivalent of "Say WHAT??!!" Instead, we get nothing; he goes on like nothing happened. The tape ends immediately after "Remember 9/11," so presumably he ignored that too. The IDF likes to paint itself as consummate professionals, but this guy must have icewater in his veins.

On point 3, the "This is the Israeli Navy" comment is in the "unedited" clip, but it comes after the "Shut up" reply at 2:28, so the positions in the "edited" clip were reversed. So they didn't simply re-record it, though it still provokes the question, why would they edit the audio to reverse the clips?

In any case...Holocaust + 9/11? One for Jews, one for America. Could they be any more blatant? My favorite line is, "We're helping the Arabs against the U.S."
