Libya and Syria can be in chaos another 10 years and it *really doesn't matter*. A shame, sure, but the world has seen worse. Like this Covid pandemic. If people think Joe's boring, they also don't know how bored he can get. Doesn't look like this will be Obama's 3rd term.
