Must admit it is kind of creepy already. So add China style what the heck? I presume there was a law that was being broken, though, so this is just like a lesser form of arrest without all the rigamorole?

We have long been in denial that we can still be anonymous.But then no one wants to be anonymous if they are in trouble-don't want cell phone tracking ir an I.D. requirement until we are knocked unconscious by a falling tree or lost in the woods, then we like it. Freedom -- not always what its cracked up to be.
