Strange that we don’t like enlarging institutions despite the country’s growth. Whatever the politics of raising the number of SC Justices, with a pop. of near 4 million in 1790, we had 6. Now with 350 m. we have 9 with 13 Circuits. Why not a Justice for each circuit? https://t.co/9r6JLXtlFO
