A 15-year-old was arrested and charged with the murder of a 17-year-old in the Bronx. This was his 5th arrest in the last 10 months, which includes possession of a loaded firearm.

I guess the Minneapolis armchair brigade is not available in Bloomington to discourage this activity of dragging a woman's body to a dumpster after killing her? So someone had to call 911 instead and the perp decided to take the kid along for a little ride to see he could evade the onerous, abusive and racist police in that general area?

BLOOMINGTON/MINNEAPOLIS: Squads just ended a pursuit of a homicide suspect from Bloomington, taking the suspect into custody near Nicollet Ave. & W. 46th St. - A child was also inside the vehicle being pursued. EMS was added for an evaluation, but the child seems OK.

Homicide reportedly took place at a complex earlier near Nicollet Ave. & E. 89th St., involved a female victim, "confirmed DOA" or deceased at the scene, according to initial dispatches from officers. An initial report to 911 said a male was seen dragging the woman to a dumpster.

EMS was also requested for the suspect, who was breathing but unconscious from an unknown issue. He's apparently come around and is now uncooperative after being detained. Initial dispatches also said blood led down to the dumpster where the woman was found.

^ Besides the pain and insanity, IMAGINE WHAT THIS ONE LITTLE EPISODE COSTS IN DOLLARS!!!

First the cops on site and their supporting staff, their equipment use, and all the followup work.

Then the D.A. and the public defender hours and all their staff.

Then we got EMS, the medical teams at the E.R., the inpatient care, the outpatient care and finally yes, the social workers, because sure as shooting (pun intended) these guys don't even have Obamacare or Medicaid, so a social worker is going to come round at the hospital before discharge to start the process of accessing it for the sure as shooting major unpaid bills

And GUESS WHO IS GOING TO BE PAYING ALL THIS MONEY FOR THESE S.O.B.'s FUN LITTLE SUN. NITE SHOOT EM UP? (Or if you prefer, their recreation of a scene from Apocalypse Now)

Oh I forgot: there's also their upkeep in jail and prison and the staff time that requires.
