Eight people, one as young as 14, died and dozens more were injured after fans were crushed when the crowd surged towards the stage.

According to The New York Post, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner visited the rapper in his trailer to ‘voice his concerns’ about the crowd.

The news of deaths at the Astroworld Festival is tragic. I sure hope this leads to calls for improved safety and security at venues to prevent similar tragedies and doesn't instead inspire a mind-melting satanic panic that helps nobody.
